FACTS Information Flyer - SPANISH

As of August 2023: PJPII will no longer be using OptionC as our communication system.
PJPII has partnered with FACTS’ SIS (Student Information System) as our new school, student, & parent communication portal.  FACTS will be taking care of both the school's student communication and tuition systems. Families will now receive communication from PJPII (text, email, or voice messages) for all types of school related topics via FACTS. These alerts provide us a fast, efficient way to communicate with our families.

ACTION NEEDED TO SEE TEACHER ASSIGNMENTS:

All families will need to create a new FACTS SIS Family Portal username and password. Follow the directions listed below or use the link to open FACTS one-page directions on how to create your new FACTS Family Portal. The new FACTS Family Portal account will give you access to your student(s) school account. Once created you can see your student(s) homeroom teacher for the upcoming school year. Use the link provided or use the directions listed below for step by step directions on how to create your new Family Portal Login.

• Go to factsmgt.com and click Family Login / FACTS Family Portal 

• Click Create Family Portal Account

• Type the school’s District Code - PJP-PA

• Type your email address and click Create Account. An email will be sent which includes a link to create your Family Portal Login. The link is active for 6 hours.

• Select the Click to Create your Family Portal Login link

• Type a Username, Password, and Confirm your password

• Click Save Username and/or Password

• A message display at the top of the browser “Username/Password successfully updated”

• Return to factsmgt.com and click FACTS Family Portal

• Now Login with your new created username and password

To view your student(s) teacher go into your Family Portal. Under "Student", select "Student Home" that shows the teacher(s). If you select "Grades" that shows student's teacher and classroom i.e.: "Mrs. Doe, 6-B or 6-2".

TIME TO UPDATE STUDENT FAMILY INFORMATION:
All families please take this time to update your family/child(ren) information. When transferring information from OptionC to FACTS SIS some family/student information was not transferred. NOW is the time to update phone numbers, addresses, emergency contact people, religious/parish status, family status,etc.
