Welcome back to school….this is a friendly reminder to check your clearances to make sure that they are current for the school year.
The first two clearances must be updated every 5 years:
#1)Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance (see form below)
#2)Pennsylvania State Police Criminal Record Check (see form below)
#3) Safe Environment Class -
Note: Volunteers who attended the Safe Environment Class prior to 7/1/2011 must also complete the Online Technology Training Course. The Online Technology Training Course is currently unavailable. Stay tuned for futher updates.
