The PJPII RCES Development Office operates to help generate outside funding sources to help expand educational programs, enhance facilities while keeping Catholic education affordable for all families. Consider the following ways you can help support the students at PJPII:
Annual Giving
Your gift to PJPII RCES Annual Appeal helps provide a quality Catholic education for our children and affirms the good work we do every day both inside and outside the classroom. Matching gifts from your employer are gratefully accepted as well.
Your invaluable support helps:
- provide tuition assistance for families wanting to provide a Catholic education
for their children
- enable us to enhance curriculum and educational programs
- expand student activities and athletic programs
- upgrade existing facilities like building athletic fields.

Please download and fill out the Annual Appeal Form and mail to PJPII Att: Development Office.
Online:
Online donations can be made with any major credit card or PayPal. All transactions are securely processed through PayPal. Your financial information is not passed, handled or stored by PJP II. When you click the "Donate" button, you will be redirected to PayPal to complete the transaction. There you can designate the amount of your gift and either sign in to your PayPal account or enter your credit card information. PayPal will send you an email when your donation is complete, and will redirect you back to the PJP II website.
Donations and Memorials
Monetary donations are graciously accepted for a requested area of specialty. In keeping with our mission to educate our students in the Catholic traditions and values, past specialty donations have included gym equipment, library books, faculty room, and technology software.
Memorialize a loved one with a special entrance plaque that marks the area reminding all those who pass how much you care about our children and their faith-filled education. Gym, classrooms and specials rooms are still available for designation. Call the Development office at X5408 to find out more.
Memorialize, honor, or remember that special student, family member, pastor, principal, faculty/staff member or volunteer. Pavers are customized and engraved with your personalized message. The engraved pavers line the walkway entrance to PJPII. Paver Requirements:
- Actual size 4" x 8"
- Maximum of three lines per paver
- 13 words including spaces per line
Fundraising Events
Many opportunities exist to show your support for PJPII throughout the year from fun events like the Silent Auction to the SCRIP Gift Card Program.
Each family attending PJPII is requested to thoughtfully consider their participation in school fundraisers each year.
United Way
Consider designating PJP II to receive a portion or all of your United Way gift. Simply write-in "Pope John Paul II Regional Catholic Elementary School" and the address "2875 Manor Road, West Brandywine, PA" on your donor form. Donations will support the General Fund unless otherwise noted.
United Way of Southeastern Pennsylvania- Simply write in or enter our Donor Agency Code #48911/CYO- Pope John Paul II Regional Catholic Elementary School and your gift will help fund the development of our Athletic Fields.
EITC/BLOCS
"A win-win for Pennsylvania Businesses and PJP II Families"
If you are a Pennsylvania corporation and pay state income taxes, you can help school families in need of tuition assistance while receiving a credit on the taxes you pay through the EITC(Educational Improvement Tax Credit)Program. Funds are earmarked to PJP II through BLOCS which in turn awards financial assistance to income-eligible families who apply. All families who desire a Catholic education for their children are encouraged to take advantage of these funds and apply at www.blocs.org.
