Registration



New Families


Please see registration schedule for 2012-2013 school year at right. Please complete the Registration Form found to the right and bring it with you to registration or your appointment. Additionally, you will need:

  • Birth Certificate
  • Up-to-date Immunization Record: The Pennsylvania School Health Law states the following minimum immunizations are required for all students entering school for the first time or into Kindergarten:
    1. 4 doses Tetanus (1 dose after the 4th birthday)
    2. 4 doses Diphtheria (1 does after the 4th birthday)
    3. 3 doses Polio
    4. 2 doses Measles, 2 doses Mumps, 1 does Rubella (MMR)
    5. 3 doses Hepatitis B
    6. 2 doses Varicella vaccine (chickenpox) or history of the disease
    7. For children entering 7th grade: 1 dose of Meningococcal Conjugate (MCV), 1 dose Tetanus Diphtheria, Accellular Pertusis (Tdap) if five years has elapsed since last Tetanus immunization
  • Physical Exam
  • Dental Exam
  • Parishioners (from one of our five feeder parishes): written notice of parish registration signed by pastor, certificate of Baptism and any other sacraments received
  • Payment of the non-refundable registration and tuition deposit fees
  • Social Security number

Registration Fees

Parishioners
- A non-refundable registration fee of $100 per child is due at the time of registration. A non-refundable tuition deposit of $300 for first child, up to a maximum of $600 per family to be applied to the total amount of tuition.

Non Parishioners -
A non-refundable registration fee of $100 per child is due at the time of registration. A non-refundable tuition deposit of $350 for one child, $700 for two children or $1100 for three or more children is due upon registration and will be applied to the amount of tuition.

Returning Families

Homeroom teachers will send home registration cards to current families with each student. Places will be held only for students who return their cards in the allotted time. A registration fee of $100 per student, with a $200 maximum per family will be added to your February Smart Tuition bill.

Admission Requirements



Age Eligibility

PJPII RCES resides in the Coatesville Area School District and complies with local policies. Students entering kindergarten must be five years of age by August 31st;  students entering first grade must be six years of age by August 31st; students entering PreK must by four years of age by August 31st.
Transfer Students

PJP II will accept registration for incoming students for Grades 1-6 on a space available basis. To register, students must have a birth certificate, an up-to-date immunization record, Physical Exam, Dental Exam, a letter from pastor (if from one of five feeder parishes), a certificate of baptism or any other sacraments received, social security number and copy of the current report card. A satisfactory academic and conduct record is essential.

New K-8 Elementary Student Registration

February 28th 9-11 am in Multi-Purpose Room for K- 8 only.
 

New PreK Registration

Please call for apt. after February 1st to register on February 29th (by apt. only).

   

New Incoming Sibling Registration

Grades K and 1: Please call for apt. on January 11th for January 25th registration.

PreK: Please call for apt. on January 11th for January 26th registration. 

  
Open House & Tours

Open House and Tours on January 29th 12-2 pm. No registrations will be taken at this time. 

Addtional Tours and Registration by apt. only on March 20th, April 18th and May 10th or call the office.

 

Returning Student Registration
Will be held the week of February 13th. Please check the monthly Newsletter for information.
